I’ve bought your service, what's next?
Once you sign up for a care plan that best fits your needs, you’ll receive a welcome email with the information needed on our end.
It’s a 24 – 48 hour setup process after we’ve received your WordPress dashboard login information.
I have more than one site, can I add it to current plan?
Our Care Plans cover one single site per plan. If you have more than one site whether it’s a different domain or subdomain (domain.com or subdomain.domain.com). Each will count as one site. If you have 5 websites then it would require 5 different plans. You can pick a different plan for each domain.
What’s your response time if I need help?
Response time is within 1 business day of the request.
If you’re on the Clarity plan you get priority support and monthly consulting.
What’s included in your content edits?
Anyone on the Care plan receives edits to your content, changing plugin settings and minimal CSS adjustments.
Things that are not included would be any custom development to your PHP, plugins or theme, updating any custom code that has been developed or graphic design work. If you are looking to build a new website, that is not included.
Some Examples:
Included: Switching your current logo with your new one.
Not included: Designing a new logo.
Included: Adding a new product to your store, with your content.
Not included: Create a custom checkout process for your store.
Included: Installing and setting up a plugin to use its built-in functionality
Not included: Creating a new functionality that doesn’t exist in a plugin.
Included: Replace about page content with new working you provide us.
Not included: Writing the content for your about page.
We’re happy to provide a quote for any custom development that you require.
